At Carbonogy, we are committed to shipping your RV parts and accessories quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping timelines, costs, and responsibilities.


  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME



• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

• Standard processing time is 1–3 business days

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the next business day

• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


  1. SHIPPING METHODS



We ship using trusted carriers such as:


• UPS

• FedEx

• USPS

• Freight carriers for oversized or palletized items


Shipping method is selected based on product size, weight, and delivery location.


  1. SHIPPING RATES



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:


• Order weight and dimensions

• Delivery location

• Selected shipping speed


Free shipping promotions may apply to select products or order amounts within the continental United States.


  1. DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES



Estimated delivery times after shipment:


• Standard Ground: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Freight Delivery: 5–10 business days depending on location


Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons may impact delivery schedules.


  1. FREIGHT SHIPMENTS AND OVERSIZED ITEMS



Certain items such as large appliances, generators, rooftop units, body panels, and bulk orders may ship via freight.


Important freight delivery requirements:


• Customer must provide a valid phone number for delivery appointment scheduling

• Someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment

• Inspect for visible damage before signing delivery paperwork

• Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing


Failure to note damage at delivery may void freight damage claims.


  1. SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOST PACKAGES



If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:


• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos of the packaging and damaged product

• Include your order number


We will assist with filing a carrier claim and arrange replacement if applicable.


Carbonogy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or refused deliveries.


  1. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


If a package is returned due to:


• Incorrect address

• Refused delivery

• Failed delivery attempts


The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING



International shipping may be available for select products.


• Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

• Delivery times vary by country

• Carbonogy is not responsible for customs delays


Please contact our support team before placing large international orders.


  1. BACKORDERED OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS



If an item is backordered:


• You will be notified by email

• Estimated lead time will be provided

• You may choose to wait or request cancellation if not yet shipped


Custom or special-order items may require extended lead times.


  1. LOCAL PICKUP



Local warehouse pickup may be available by appointment only.


• You will receive confirmation once your order is ready

• Valid ID may be required

• Pickup must be completed within 7 business days
